I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Napier with my 10-month-old daughter. The hotel was superbly clean and well-maintained, creating a warm atmosphere. Our spacious room had comfortable furnishings for relaxing together. The location was excellent for exploring nearby landmarks like Marine Parade and the National Aquarium.

Offers fantastic service and fabulous food. Lovely staff, they smile all the time. The location is very central, just next door to cafes and restaurants, restaurants in the city and supermarkets and the main centre.

my room was spacious and equipped with everything i needed, from fluffy towels to thoughtful amenities. the dinner service, though just for two, created a cozy atmosphere that felt like home. the lovely setting of the house and garden allowed me to relax immediately, and i would definitely return for another getaway, preferably in autumn or winter.

I had a great Christmas stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown for shopping and dining, plus a supermarket right across the street for snacks. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I loved the hot breakfast made to order-nothing beats a freshly cooked meal to start the day!

On the downside, finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to unclear signage, and the room's half-couch was uncomfortable and not very stylish. there were some housekeeping issues, like missed cleaning on one day and a faucet that leaked. a few improvements could really enhance the experience!
